If you are interested and meet the admission requirements above, then you can sign up for the selection day. On this day you will receive information about what to expect and you can ask questions. You will get an idea of what a day during the training course looks like, and you will meet some of the teachers (not all teachers will be present). After the selection day, an admission interview will take place in which you can explain your motivation and during which you will receive an advice on when you could start the teacher training course.

In order to be admitted to this course, you need to participate 1 day during one of te weekends of the teachertraing. During this day, you will follow a total of 6 hours of yoga classes (the first part is a 3-hour class, starting at 10.30 a.m. After lunch another 3 hours of yoga). In addition, you will have the opportunity to leaf through the books we will work with during the teacher training course, and to ask any questions you may have. At the end of the selection day, you can indicate whether you would like to receive an invitation for an admission interview.

During the admission interview, you will be asked about your motivation to follow the teacher training program and your experience with Iyengar yoga (a recommendation from a certified Iyengar yoga teacher would be a bonus, but is certainly not an obligation). Moreover, we will evaluate the yoga sessions that took place during the selection day and, if necessary, provide you with tips to prepare you for the start of the training course in September.

The costs of participation in the selection day are € 75,-.
